Carly spent six years working in a corporate city job in the UK but soon after arriving in Australia, Carly decided that she didn’t want to see her personality disappear into an Excel spreadsheet any longer.
She now leads a more outdoorsy, active, some might even say, wholesome, lifestyle with a career in the fitness industry as owner and head trainer of OzSquad and Buggy Bootcamp. Now with over 130 monthly members, Carly built her business from scratch and the skills and tricks she has learnt along the way can all be found in the ebook.

Matt has been working in advertising agencies for the last 11 years in Sydney and London, helping big brands talk to their customers. Currently at Lavender (an advertising agency in Sydney) he leads the St George account helping them promote their business. Prior to this he has worked at The Works, DDB and M&C Saatchi working on financial brands (Westpac and CommBank) and Everyday Rewards, Woolworths Money, Sunbeam and Brother.
He was part of the team that introduced the ‘Can’ campaign to Australia leading all the digital aspects of the accounts and then running the biggest sector of the CommBank account. While in London he worked on telco brand O2 and Natwest Bank across all media.
He is now using his extensive marketing knowledge to help personal trainers acquire members and make their businesses successful.
